健康中国2030重点关注人群包括孕乳母、婴幼儿及儿童，该阶段也是营养影响胎儿及儿童生长发育的关键窗口期，早期生命1000天及早期生命8年学说，论述了该阶段营养不良、营养失衡对当前及长远健康的影响。母乳喂养已经持续了2亿年，但人们对母乳成分的认识还不足200年（第一篇母乳成分研究论文发表在1853年），我国母乳研究历史更短，全面母乳研究在上世界的80年代。课题组从20年前开始进行母乳研究，前期进行的明研究（maternal infant nutritional growth study, MING study）是近年来对中国母乳超过100种成分进行系统分析，首次报告了中国母乳含量的最高的10种成分，且首次发现中国母乳3-岩藻糖基乳糖（3-FL）随泌乳时间逐渐增加，课题组依靠十三五项目建立了母乳喂养的母婴队列，研究团队已成为我国高校母乳研究最强的团队。

1）孕乳母是育龄女性营养需要较高的阶段，前期研究发现乳母营养质量低于孕妇，乳母膳食质量及营养健康水平直接与母乳成分相关，如何改善乳母膳食与营养水平，进而影响母乳成分？

2）母乳的新型活性成分除了关注较多的低聚糖、活性蛋白之外，中国母乳其他功能成分如何？新时期结合婴儿发育探讨新型母乳成分？

3）结合AI工具及传统研究手段，探讨来源于母乳及健康膳食的功能成分的食用安全及健康作用评估模式、方法。

1）基于十三五、十四五计划项目的课题及子课题，特别是企业合作项目建立的多地区母婴队列，探讨母乳某些活性成分对婴幼儿的长期影响。

2）利用企业合作课题及平台支持及两轮中国8-10城市母婴营养健康调查数据，基于不同地域膳食、辅食特色进行孕乳母、婴幼儿、儿童食品开发。结合临床需求与产业需要，进行定制型医学用途食品设计、针对性开发及安全、健康作用评估。
