王希璠,博士,现任北京大学公共卫生学院研究员、博士生导师。入选国家海外高层次人才计划青年项目。2025年获得美国衰老协会(afar)Glenn Foundation for Medical Research Postdoctoral Fellowship in Aging Research。相关研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表于GutiMetaNature CommunicationsGenome Biology 等国际高水平期刊,其中1篇入选ESI高被引论文。担任BMC Microbiology等多个学术期刊审稿人。长期致力于多组学数据整合分析,结合细胞与动物模型,系统解析肠道菌群与宿主互作在机体代谢与健康调控中的作用机制,并探索靶向肠道微生态的精准营养干预策略。

研究方向

1. 肠道菌群与宿主互作在机体代谢与健康调控中的作用机制研究:聚焦菌群代谢通路对肾脏疾病、消化道疾病及衰老进程的影响及其分子机制。

2. 靶向肠道微生态的精准营养干预策略研究:开发食源性小分子、益生菌等功能性膳食成分,揭示其通过调控肠道菌群及其代谢产物改善宿主健康的分子机理;探索基于肠道微生态靶点的个性化营养干预策略。
