研究领域:食品功能配料的开发和转化

个人简介

主要从事通过生物活性物质(包括但不限于肽、核苷酸、葡聚糖)开展老龄营养与慢性病的干预机制研究和应用,食品功能配料的开发和转化。承担参与国家、省部级项目6项,以第一或通讯作者发表论文30余篇,其中SCI论文18篇,授权专利7项。主编及副主编书籍3部,参与农业部标准制定1项。
